Addiction to drugs or alcohol is not just a social problem, it is a disease. Sadly, this means there is always a chance of relapsing. Here at the Thames Clinic, we not only support your primary recovery from addiction, but also help you to continue with a clean and sober lifelong commitment.
We are here to help you develop strategies and solutions for coping with general stress and difficulties in life; we have specialists to advise on rebuilding relationships and learning to manage your day-to-day life. These factors are an important part of maintaining your recovery and they will help to prevent you from reverting to drug or alcohol addiction.
Your recovery takes place in immaculate yet calm surroundings, away from the general hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our experience has shown that this is imperative for our high-flying clients. Whilst this is our aim, we also understand that there are some clients who need to be able to deal with the 'outside world' and, for this purpose, we have installed direct dial telephones, and wifi into each of our rooms.
Our on-site chef's are available to ensure your dietary needs are met with supplying healthy and fresh foods.
We are confident that our clients will feel detoxified, invigorated and ready to continue their journey as sober, drug-free individuals after their stay at the Thames Clinic.
